Amenity Center at The Sanctuary

Clubhouse Office is normally staffed:
Monday: 10am-4pm
Tuesday: 10am-2pm
Thursday: 12pm-8pm    
Friday: 10am-2pm 

The Clubhouse is open for Members from: 5am-11pm.

The alarm system automatically activates just after 11:00pm, so please exit the Amenity Center prior to that time or the alarm will go off (and Security Pro will call the police!).

If you are the last person leaving, PLEASE turn off all lights, ceiling fans and televisions!

Amenity Center Rules (updated 5/24/2016) - for hours of operation, guest policies, etc.

ID/access cards
All residents 13 and older must have a Sanctuary-issued photo ID card to use the amenities. Please visit the Amenity Center during office hours to register and obtain a photo ID. New homeowners are entitled to one ID card for each household member over 13 at no charge. Proof or purchase/closing statement must be presented. ID cards are $10 each for tenants. Copy of the lease agreement must be presented. Replacement cards are $10 each.

Reserving the Amenity Center
If you wish to reserve the Amenity Center clubhouse room or schedule a pool party you must call the Amenity Center office at 407-971-9749 during office hours. You must make your request at least one week in advance of the event and provide a $200 deposit. The cleaning deposit is refundable if you clean up satisfactorily after your event and there is no damage. Parties are limited to a maximum of 40 total people (children and adults) and the guest policy, as written here, applies.

Open Door Policy
Homeowners may use the Amenity Center for work or pleasure as long as a meeting or party is not scheduled. 

We Are Smoke Free
The NO SMOKING rule is in effect both inside the Amenity Center building and all outside areas (pool, basketball court, tennis court, etc.).
