Items for Sale

Garage Sale Signs:  The City of Oviedo requires a permit for posting “Garage Sale,” and other such signs (Open House and the like).  This permit is free and can be obtained at City Hall (call 407-971-5781 or email [email protected] for more info).  You will get a sticker that must be affixed to your sign or the Oviedo Code Enforcement office will remove it. 

The Sanctuary has filed a blanket permission authority with the city for all residents, so please tell the city clerk when you apply.  You do NOT need to call PPM or apply to the ARC for these temporary signs.  Signs may be placed on any HOA common area (NOT the CR 419 right-of-way, or they will remove it, even with the sticker).  Please remove your sign after the event is over.
